Deanna R. Blair is a founding partner of Blair | Caravelli Law, where she represents clients in all matters of family law and matrimonial law, including divorce, custody, visitation, child support, and paternity.

Ms. Blair graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark School of Law, in Portland, Oregon in 2001. While in law school, Deanna was awarded the Dean’s Fellowship for Research for her work as a research assistant construing complicated federal statutes; she also made the Dean’s List each year of law school.
Following her graduation from law school, Deanna practiced at Legal Aid Services of Oregon, providing free legal services to low-income individuals, including survivors of domestic violence. She was twice awarded Lewis & Clark’s Pro Bono Honors Award.

Ms. Blair has also been listed as an Illinois Rising Star in 2008, 2009, and 2010, for the Illinois Super Lawyers publication.

Deanna is active in the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, where she is on the Board of Directors, and also co-chairs both the Judicial Evaluation Committee and the Domestic Relations Roundtable. She is also an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Will County Bar Association and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.

Ms. Blair litigates all aspects of family and domestic relations law in virtually all counties in the Chicago Metropolitan Area, including Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will, Kane, and McHenry. She has also handled matters on appeal to the Illinois Appellate Court, the Illinois Supreme Court, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
